My wife and I started our house hunt a year ago. I met with Hovik, and he was friendly, attentive, but best of all, driven to get us the exact home we were searching for. Hovik was more than helpful in finding us a house. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fitted right in our price range! Our experience with Hovik was that he did not give an extra mile. He gave extra 6000 plus miles when our offer was accepted and we had to counter back, He was visiting his motherland with almost 12 hours difference, but he never let us alone. Hovik Pakhanyan was very helpful during our house buying process. He was able to answer all our questions from the start with no strings attached. As soon as we began our process he sent out listing within our price range and preferred location that met our family needs which were pretty specific. He was very flexible and available to show us homes when it was convenient for us. What made us feel more comfortable was he updated us as soon as he heard something from the seller or banker and continued to check on us even after closing escrow. He was on top of everything and got us into our new home fairly quickly by working with the banker and recommending an inspector which sped up our process. Hovik was very knowledgeable and honest through the whole process and I would recommend him to family and will be working with him in the future. Even though we purchased our home back in February, he continues to check up on us.

What an unbelievable experience! With the normal stresses of selling a house, Hovik was the master of positivity and listened to everything we wanted. He represented us exactly the way we wanted and never was bothered by the many questions we had. One of the things that was important to us was his responsiveness.
