Can I just say Hovik is a super hero! I got randomly assigned him by Zillow when I was interested in my home and I gotta say I was just so freaking lucky to get him! He was so quick to get us in, get us looking, and within 72 hours the place was mine! What so great about him, and I respect so much is that he gives it to you straight. No back-and-forth, dilly dallying, if you want the place he tells you specifically how to get it, and let me tell you he was right! We beat our 22 other offers. He is also just so helpful, it was my first time buying a place and let me tell you I asked all the dumbest questions and he answered them the best that he could and if he didn’t have the answer he got it as fast as he could! I would not have my amazing place without him, and I am so grateful! I really appreciate that even after the home was purchase and everything was closed, he still checks up on me to make sure everything‘s good and if I have any questions ever he’ll answer them! 100/100!

We met Hovik at an open house he was holding in Encino. While we didn't get that house (lost out to an NBA star with lots of cash), Hovik assured he could sell our house quickly and find us the home of our dreams. We had a feeling this guy could deliver what he promised, and he did that and more. We didn't want to list on MLS and have a lot of people traipsing through our house, so Hovik brought in six qualified buyers, and we had a deal at our desired price within a week. Not only that, but he found a buyer who was willing to wait until we found a new house. In a tough winter market, it took us about four months to find our dream house. Hovik managed to get us in to see a house that was just about to hit the market. The minute we walked in, we knew this was the one. Somehow, he managed to get the sellers to accept our offer and not show it to anyone else (beating out many other high powered brokers). From the time we saw the house until the day we moved in,it was exactly 31 days. Hovik was with us every step of the way, and made the process go smoothly and efficiently. We gladly and highly recommend Hovik and his team to anyone looking for their dream home.

In the midst of the crazy real estate market we are in, Hovik was phenomenal in helping us find our perfect house. He spent so much time working with us for showings, making multiple, multiple offers and educating us during our first home buying experience. Hovik is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about available houses and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. He was honest and forthright. He was always available to answer our questions and to show us the houses any time we asked for. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage broker. I highly recommend him!

I had attempted to buy a property last year but gave up the whole idea after getting frustrated throughout the process. I thought about giving it another try this year and was able to buy my very first property thanks to Hovik. I am so lucky I found him. One of the main reasons I first called him was that he covers most of LA county which was perfect for me not knowing where I wanted my first home would be.
